How do I place an order?
We have several easy ways to order our products:

Browse our products and place orders online for fastest delivery. Online orders must be paid by Visa or MasterCard only (no purchase orders). Orders are processed by the end of the next business day after the day the order was placed online.

How do I remove sales tax?
All online orders will show tax charges. If you are tax exempt, enter the tax exempt number in the online order comments with a note that states that you are tax exempt and are sending in your tax exempt certificate. Then, follow up with a fax of the tax exempt certificate to 301.263.3017 or scan and email to email@example.com. Please be sure to note the online order's reference order ID so that we can locate your order. We will make sure that if we have the proper tax exempt information, we will not charge you tax.

How can I modify an order?
For online orders, reply to the email order confirmation with the modifications that need to be applied. All other orders, contact Customer Care as soon as possible at 888.983.8409.
How do I change my password?
Click on the “Forgot password” link, enter your email address and one will be emailed. Afterward, the customer will need to log into their account with the reset password, then follow the “my Account” link on the top right hand side of the main page. They will arrive on their account profile where they can select “Change password” to update it to one they would prefer.
