• How do I change my password?

  Click on the “Forgot password” link, enter your email address and one will be emailed. Afterward, you will need to log into your account with your new password, then follow the “My Account” link on the top right hand side of the main page. You will arrive at your account profile where you can select “Change password” to update your password. 

• How do I update my email address on file?

  Call Customer Care and we will be happy to update for you.

• Where do I access digital products like Keyboarding Without Tears and Digital Teaching Tools?

  You can access all your products from the homepage or from the My Products page in the top right corner.
